BeCues

Follow your baby, not the clock.

Two taps to log. BeCues learns your baby's rhythm from what you log and their hunger cues, and says what's likely next. Here's one day with Mia, seven weeks old, in the real app.

One day with Mia

  1. 06:25

    Mia's up.

Feed when hunger shows: rooting, hands to the mouth.

  2. 07:05

Bottle, 90 ml. Two taps, and Undo if you slip.

    Tummy time while she's fresh.

  3. 11:10

Awake 21 minutes, after two naps and two feeds.

Nap from about 11:35 · wind down from 11:20 · feed from 12:25.

  4. 11:20

The rest of today, replanned on every log.

Wind down. Feeds follow her cues, not the plan.

  5. 11:35

Mia's asleep. A summary for whoever takes over.

    You. Ten minutes for yourself.

Night · until 07:00

  1. 19:35

Bed. The app dims, the buttons grow, nothing chirps.

    Night.

  2. 02:40

Asleep 7h 05m. One tap logs, offline, no account.

Feed when Mia wakes hungry · start on the right.

  3. 02:55

Fed, changed, back down at 03:00.

warning signs are checked on your phone, even now, never behind a paywall. Advice, never a diagnosis. Check with your pediatrician.

  4. 07:00

Morning. Today's plan, from last night's log.

Feed first, then the nap. Every guess comes with its reason.

Hunger cues to watch for

  • Rooting
  • Hands to the mouth
  • Lip smacking
  • Turning toward the breast or bottle

Crying is a late cue, so don't wait for it. In BeCues, tap "Seeing hunger cues?" and it learns when Mia gets hungry.
